Call for Papers
The International Conference on Energy Resilience and Sustainability (ICERS2024) is organized by Sharif University of Technology in collaboration with related scientific societies, institutions, and industries. The conference aims to bring together relevant communities to exchange ideas and create connections between active researchers and industrial professionals in the fields of energy, resilience, and sustainability. Original research papers at the forefront of science and technology will be peer-reviewed and presented at the conference to consolidate the state-of-the-art advancements in these key areas.
High-quality accepted papers will be selected for publication in one of the following journals:
- International Journal of Environmental Science and Technology (Publisher: Springer)
- International Journal of Energy and Water Resources (Publisher: Springer)
- Scientia Iranica (Publisher: Sharif University of Technology )

Submission Guidelines
Abstract and Full Paper submission are essential requirements for participating in the conference. The abstract and full paper should be prepared in accordance with the guidelines provided below:
Important remark: All manuscripts shall have ONLY ONE corresponding author. Normally, the author who submits the manuscript is defined as the corresponding author in the system and, thereby, ONLY he/she shall be specified as the corresponding author in the title page.
Abstract Guidelines:
- The abstract must be written in English with no grammatical errors and should have straightforward language.
- Please make sure your Abstract file contains the following information:
- Title: The title should be concise and informative.
- Author information including the name(s) of the author(s), the affiliation(s) of the author(s) ( i.e. institution, (department), city, (state), country, a clear indication and an active e-mail address of the corresponding author, and if available, the 16-digit ORCID of the author(s).
- Abstract: Please provide an abstract of 150 to 250 words. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references. The abstract should be concise and state the purpose, results, and conclusions of the research.
- Keywords: Please provide 4 to 6 keywords which can be used for indexing purposes.
- The abstract should be concise and state the purpose, results, and conclusions of the research.
- You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your abstract via an email.

Full Paper Guidelines:
- The full paper must be written in English with no grammatical errors and should have straightforward language.
- The manuscript should begin with title, abstract, and keywords and consist of Introduction, Materials and methods, Results and discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgements (they are obligatory).
- Use a normal, plain font (e.g., 10-point Times Roman) for main text.
- Tables, figures, and images should be properly named and of high quality.
